For the Beer Connoisseurs

We have acquired some of the best beers in the world that are not on our regular beer list and are only available for a limited time. Try them while you can! Cheers!!!

The Bruery White Oak Barrel Aged Ale - 11.5%, 20 IBUs

(Placentia, CA) White Oak is a blended beer-- 50% wheatwine aged in Bourbon barrels (we call it "White Oak Sap"), and 50% Mischief (our Golden Strong Ale). Vivid caramel, coconut and vanilla flavors blanketed in a crisp yet robust wheat ale, White Oak is an exercise of balance.

$22.00 750 ml. Corked Bottle

Widmer Brewing Raspberry RIS - 9.3%, 70 IBUs  Draft

A wonderfully rich and complex beer, the addition of raspberries during the fermentation process results in an almost purplish opaque color with a beautiful brown head. Warm chocolate + roasty notes compliment the hop bitterness. $8.00/ 10 oz. Specialty Glass

8 New Belgium Cascara Quad - 10%  Draft

(Fort Collins, CO) Cascara Quad is a dark, strong & surprisingly delicate ale made with dates and coffee cherries.

$6.50/pint 10.00/25 oz. 18.50/pitcher

The Bruery Trade Winds Tripel - 8%, 25 IBUs

(Placentia, CA) Trade Winds Tripel is a Belgian-style Golden Ale with a Southeast Asian twist. Instead of using candi sugar (typical for such a beer), we use rice in the mash to lighten the body & increase the gravity, and spice with Thai Basil. The result is an aromatic, complex beer made for a lazy summer evening.

$15.50 750 ml. Corked Bottle

New Belgium Transatlantique Kriek - 8%, 8 IBUs

(Fort Collins, CO) This authentic kriek beer began life in the oaken vessels at Frank Boon's brewery in Belgium. Back in the US (after much sampling), Peter and his brew staff blended a full-bodied golden lager to round out the light-bodied kriek. $16.00/22 0z. Bottle

New Belgium Hoppy Bock - 6.9%, 70 IBUs

(Fort Collins, CO) A German-style springtime lager brewed with rye then loaded with Hallertauer, Perle and Fuggle hops for a spicy, earthy aroma. Hoppy Bock Lager offers a medium body and slightly sweet malt character perfect for your spring hop-fling.

$9.50/ 22oz. Bottle

The Bruery Hottenroth Berliner Weisse - 3.1%, 2 IBUs

(Placentia, CA) Brewed in memory of Patrick's Grandparents (Fred and Sarah Hottenroth), this tart German-style Berliner Weisse is as authentic as it gets. We used lactobacillus & a hint of brettanomyces to sour this very unusual, low gravity wheat beer.

$11.75/750 ml. Bottle

Deschutes/North Coast/Rogue Class of '88 Barleywine- 10%

(Northwest, USA) This big beer is a collaboration between three brewers to celebrate a pivitol year in craft brewing history. It has a hoppy citrus aroma, and it's solid malt background is balanced with a solid clean bitterness.

$14.00/750 ml. Bottle

Allagash's Odyssey Oak Aged Dark Wheat Ale- 10.4%  Draft

Allagash Odyssey is a dark wheat beer aged for ten months, a portion in oak barrels & the remainder in stainless tanks. This deep brown beer has notes of black treacle, raisin and a dry vanilla finish. $8.50/10 oz. Specialty Glass
