Widmer Brewing Raspberry RIS - 9.3%, 70 IBUs
A wonderfully rich and complex beer, the addition of
raspberries during the fermentation process results in an
almost purplish opaque color with a beautiful brown head.
Warm chocolate + roasty notes compliment the hop bitterness.

The Bruery Trade Winds Tripel - 8%, 25 IBUs
(Placentia, CA) Trade Winds Tripel is a Belgian-style Golden Ale with a Southeast Asian twist. Instead of using candi sugar (typical for such a beer), we use rice in the mash to lighten the body & increase the gravity, and spice with Thai Basil. New Belgium Transatlantique Kriek - 8%, 8 IBUs
(Fort Collins, CO) This authentic kriek beer began life in the oaken vessels at Frank Boon's brewery in Belgium. Back in the
US (after much sampling), Peter and his brew staff blended a
full-bodied golden lager to round out the light-bodied kriek.
